I get requests all the time to put together mixtapes of what I'm listening to since I post such a ridiculous amount of music for the average viewer to keep up with. I understand not everyone downloads new music every single day like I do, so I thought I would share some of my favorites that have been getting extended plays on the iPod and in my car lately. It's only fitting for this to be titled...The Real Just Vol. 1.

I thought it would be fun to put this together in an official format for all my loyal viewers of the blog. The majority of these tracks are really recent (released in the last month) and are a random collection of various artists from across the country. In the 10 months since the blog was originally created I have downloaded and listened to a whole lot of different mixtapes, albums and singles from all genres of music. It's no secret that although The Real Just is made up of a whole bunch of different things, music is what dominates the large majority of the posts on this site.

When I originally started this site as Just In Time, I was watching the Raiders get blown out and my wife was asleep on the couch. I was bored and I thought..."why don't I see what's up with Blogger and set up a blog myself?". 10 Months and almost 40,000 views later I have a group of consistent viewers and yet another hobby to add to the mix. Will I ever make money because of this? God, I sure and the hell hope so, but either way I will always be able to look back on this as a huge growing point for me and a great way to really see exactly who The Real Just is.
