2 Year Old Smokes a Cigarette.....WTF

This is OBVIOUSLY in another country, but this kid is 2 years old and smoking a cigarette. WTF? GREATTTTTTT parents. Everyone around him is laughing and watching him do it. Little mans even got the lighter in his hand too and knew how to work it.
