cARTer has been on track and has the co-sign from DOM. Kennedy, so I thought I would give this a download and put it in line with all the other stuff I've downloaded and not listened to yet. LOL. cARTer is from Houston, Texas but representhing LA and the West Coast, so that gives him an instant jump to the top of that list.
