Two random things I came across today about Swine Flu. The top picture was actually sent to me by a friend at work. LOL. Lil' Wayne appears on "The View"
You think you've seen it all until you see Weezy was on "The View". "The View"? Yep, this is the same "The View" that your mom watches. Wayne looks like him and Whoopi are long lost relatives or something...
It amazes me how he adapts himself to his surroundings and can fit in with just about anyone from other rappers to sports stars to ESPN hosts and now on a talk show hosted by 4 women. The possibilities are endless and I'm sure Weezy is going to keep doing whatever makes him the most dough.

Have you got your Weezy fix today?
I think on average there is at least 3 new Weezy tracks per week including features. AT LEAST. Usually it is about 5-7, but I'd say 3 on average. This is going to make me look the hugest Stan ever....but I just checked and I have 1366 Weezy F songs on my iTunes. I think I have pretty much everything he has ever put out except I have none of the Squad Up mixtapes. I need to track down those links...
Random, but I was just thinking about how about 8 years ago me and my homie went to Circuit City and I bought every Weezy album and my boy bought every Hov album. Classic.
Drake on Funk Flex Video
I think this will be the first time the words Drake and disappointment will be in the same blog post...but damn. I heard and posted the audio of Drake going in on Funk Flex back on the 16th. It was said that this was a freestyle...
I was disappointed to see Drake rapping from lyrics he had typed up on his Blackberry. I know today's "freestyles" aren't usually freestyled, but because it was Drizzy I just thought it was off the top.
Don't get me wrong...dude is my favorite up and comer in the game and everyone will know him by next summer. Mark my words...I said it once before and I'll say it again.

I've still yet to figure out why sometimes it makes my download links blue. They are usually purple and every once in a while one will pop up blue (KiD CuDi in this case...) and won't change to purple no matter what I do. Oh well...
Redman Freestyle
I've been slacking on the blog tip over the last few days, but just haven't really been feeling it. Too many singles to catch up on, too nice of weather to sit at home on the computer and too many fun possibilities of things to do around the Bay.
I had a fricking awesome weekend. 80 degrees + weather, some q.t. with wifey, nice dinner at a new local restaurant within walking distance with good friends, golf, basketball, time at the pool and time with the fam. Man, I'll go to bed in a good mood tonight for sure. The only negative on the horizon is going back to work tomorrow and month end on Thursday. YUCK. Well...I'll chill with the good vibes from tonight at least until the morning where life crashes back to reality. :)

K.G. will miss 09' Playoffs!
Doc Rivers announced this morning that Kevin Garnett will most likely miss the entire 2009 NBA Playoffs with his knee injury. WOW, the Cav's stock just got a even bigger boost. I feel KG's pain, knees are not easy to rehab from and any small thing can set you back. Let's see what Glen "Big Baby" Davis and Leon Powe can do in the playoffs. My prediction: Cav's vs. Magic in the Eastern Conference Playoffs.

Supra TK Society
Terry Kennedy from Fly Society's Supra shoe drops on 5/21. This shoe is a super extra high top that comes in a few different solid colorways. These kicks are getting a lot of press, both good and bad. What do you think of them? To me, I couldn't see rocking a shoe that is only one color when that color is red or purple. A little too much for me...UPDATE: This release has been bumped up to 5/15 via TK's and Ben Baller's Twitter pages...
