Snowskating is one hard sport to learn how to get good at, so this video is definitely impressive. I've been up in Tahoe the last few days, so I've had the chance to ride my friends snow skate quite a bit. The fact that you aren't strapped in at all makes it pretty dangerous, but once you get the hang of it it's just a mix of skateboarding and snowboarding.
